First the good.
First the good. Tressen and Elijah were great -- they even did two video calls so I could see and hear the truck ahead of time. Processing paperwork at the dealer went smoothly and my title was on the way to me in about two weeks after purchase. Now for the not so good. This was my first internet used truck purchase and I flew from Virginia to Denver to pick up the truck. I bought a 2019 RAM 1500 Limited. In order to make the deal happen, I had to wire funds up front. I needed to begin my return trip so I wan under a time constraint to get on the road. Although the vehicle was generally clean, I should have insisted on having certain parts of the truck cleaned again. They tried to take care of the significant amount of orange dirt in engine bay but it still needed more cleaning. Later (the next day), I discovered orange dirt in the crevices of all of the door frames, dirt in the exterior detail work like the RAM logo, dirt encrusted on the inside of the wheel rims and dirt embedded in the sound proofing around the windows...it took me two hours to get it cleaned up. I should have caught the additional orange dirt when I inspected the vehicle, but at the same time, I would think a higher end car dealer would have caught it as well. Since I was driving back to Virginia, I took my truck to a RAM dealer the same day I bought it - it needed an oil change (I expected that) and the drive train fluids changed (unexpected). Ugh - $700+ bill right after I bought the truck. Again, it's bad on me for not asking more specifics, but I would think a high end dealer would know the status of maintenance items before they sell the vehicle. Hindsight being 20/20, I would have either offered less money to purchase or insisted certain items were fixed before I left the lot. To sum up: very friendly sales staff, but upon closer inspection I was underwhelmed with the cleanliness and maintenance status of the vehicle. To be fair, I should have insisted more than I did while I was at the dealer, but at the same time I expected a bit more from a Jaguar/Land Rover dealer.

The inventory selection was larger then we’ve seen
The inventory selection was larger then we’ve seen anywhere else. It was very nice to have each vehicle we were interested in ready to go when we would come back from the test drives. Elijah and Noah were both very friendly, accommodating, easy to relate to.

Aaron Sanders was amazing!! So was the rest of the staff at Jaguar of Flatirons! I found a car I wanted on-line (I live in Oklahoma and they are in Colorado). We called on a Friday afternoon and we got the process rolling. I drove 10 hours and was there Saturday morning when they opened. . Drove the a car away within 1.5 hours. Really amazing work getting me in and out. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of my trip and for having absolutely everything in order when I got there. 100% recommend.

Everyone in this dealership, from Sales to Service to Finance to Valet/Delivery is incredibly professional, efficient, competent and just really nice to do business with. The pleasure and low stress of dealing with them made me decide to get a third car from this dealer even though there are closer Land Rover Jaguar dealerships and there are other car brands I considered. You can’t beat the commitment they have to their clients.

This guy, Eric Vergith, is by far the worse person to deal with. I bought (2) of my (7) rovers from this dealership and had great interactions with Mark, the sales guy. He was outstanding, both times. But Eric, absolutely egotistical and doesn't care about his clients. My car was missing ONE floor mat, and he refused to replace it. That's all I asked for! His response was, "I'm not inclined to buy you mats after the fact"! What a xxx! This is NOT Land Rover culture!!!

Placed an order for a 2023 LR Defender 110 with Eric back
Placed an order for a 2023 LR Defender 110 with Eric back in May. They took a deposit of $2,500 to place the order. They were able to place my order on the spot. They let me know I had to do it right then and there as someone else could come in and take that open order. I went ahead and ordered the Defender. After I got home I missed some option I really wanted and went back to see Eric and was told my order was locked and no changes could be made. I ended up buying a new Defender from the other Land Rover here in Denver as they had a unit come in with everything I wanted on it. I reach out to Land Rover Flatiron multiple times to see about getting my deposit back. I have asked for updates or a reply and no one has reached out to me about the deposit.Eric stated he would get back to me on June 15th and have followed up twice and haven’t heard back. The deposit I guess is non refundable…The Land Rover dealership in Denver only requires $1,000 deposit to place an order and it “Fully Refundable” if you decide to pass or not take delivery of the car. Don’t spend my $2,500 all at one place Land Rover of Flatirons.
