Phenomenal Dealership

Land Rover Flatirons guided us through the purchase of our Range Rover Sport Supercharged vehicle from the moment we walked through the door until finalization of delivery and encore service. Mark Manniko, our sales representative was attentive to our needs and a delightful person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with competence and integrity. Nicest guy ever!! Nam Phan walked us through the Encore phase and made me so comfortable using all the incredible software this vehicle has to offer. He was so patient and kind. Wonderful experience, will be a longterm customer!

Our Sales representative Jamaica was the most informed and easiest sales professional we have encountered in many years. Her patience and knowledge of the vehicle (Range Rovers) allowed us to make the best choice, with no pressure, no misinformation, none of the negative most people report when buying vehicles. It was simply a fantastic experience. I want to say the rest of the team there was outstanding as well. The service manager, the finance person, the title admin, the tech expert they have to help or explain any systems were all wonderful! We also had an older LR4 serviced and Paul Gifford in service took care of us and unlike so many other dealers, his estimate, his time to complete and the work done was perfect. Communication with him was exemplary, just as it was with Jamaica. Kudos also to Felix the Sales Manager who checked on us all the way through the process and made sure everything was perfect! Flatirons, you have our business as long as you keep selling cars!!

The service department is never available. I've made three attempts within a week to make a service appointment and all three times I've been told everyone is busy and to leave a message. I left a message but no one has returned my call. I guess they don't want my service.

I purchased my first LR4 from Landrover Flatirons nearly three years ago and have been having it serviced there ever since. Both the sales and service experiences have been top notch. Bob made the purchase process pressure free and let take the vehicle on a few test drives alone prior to buying it. And the service department is knowledgeable and helpful. Paul and Bryan are especially good at diagnosing potential problems and are able to arrange for a service loaner when necessary. Although we arrived before 07:00 the service team was ready for us with a loner vehicle and got us out in record time. The work was completed early and we were able to beat the traffic. Great experience overall!

This is the second car we have purchased through Land Rover Flatirons. We bought our LR3 in 2012, and recently purchased a 2004 Discovery. We worked with Bob both times to purchase our vehicles. We've had great experiences both time with Bob. He's knowledgeable without being arrogant, or pushy. He's very laid back and is happy to answer any question that we have had. Our New Range Rover Supercharged 2014

Although we live up north and are close to Land Rover Flatirons, we decided to purchase our previous Range Rover Supercharged 2010 from Land Rover South/Highlands Ranch on the recommendation of one of my friends who purchased their car there. What a mistake! Once we bought our car, we were treated like a sale and constantly had to fight for service and just being treated right. After getting fed up with how we were treated, I moved all of our car care back up closer to home to Land Rover Flatirons. That's when we first met Paul Gifford. What a delight! He was always attentive, always courteous, easy to work with, always prompt, and was just a great guy to work with. All things we didn't get at our old dealer. Having such wonderful service, we then took the next step in looking at purchasing our new Range Rover Supercharged 2014 from Flatirons. That's when I had the opportunity to meet and work with Mark Helliwell. Just like Paul, he was a great guy to work with and took great care of us from initially putting in the order, keeping me informed on the status of my car, and then taking care of us afterwards once the car came in. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff we've worked with and Land Rover Flatirons. I give them my highest recommendation. Lastly, a word of caution. If anyone at Highlands Ranch/South talks to you, run the other direction. Once they get the sale, you'll be thrown to the side.

We've purchased 2 Land Rovers from FlatIrons and are very pleased with the entire experience starting with Jeff Smith in sales who exceeded expectations in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was always willing to answer questions and always returned my calls promptly, while other LR dealers were unresponsive. In over 30 years of car buying, Jeff managed to make this the most pleasant & stress free vehicle purchase. The whole sales team was awesome to work with and FlatIrons will be my first stop when it comes time to upgrade the LR4 & LR2. I've also had the pleasure of having my vehicles serviced at FlatIrons and have received the same superior service on that side of the house. Paul Gifford is always helpful in getting my vehicle scheduled for needed service and making sure that the work is done correctly and to my satisfaction. There have been a few times they have gone out of their way to provide assistance & advice getting some issues I had with a trailer and the towing options the LR4 has available sorted out properly. I feel comfortable that the service team will take care of any issues I might have and provide a solution. I'm very happy with all aspects of FlatIrons, the sales team the service team and the parts team, all seem to take to heart the Land Rover tagline and "Go above and beyond" in all of my interactions with them. The service I receive is the reason I rely on them for my sales and services needs even though there are closer dealers to me, and makes the ~120 mile round trip well worth it.

Having experienced several LR excursions in the UK, I quickly realized how LR is just as much a brand as it is a global lifestyle. The Flatirons team embody this lifestyle on this side of the pond and make the buying process as professional and easy-going as possible while building friendship along the way. I personally worked with Felix, Jeff Smith and Rick for the purchase of my '11 RRS and couldn't have been happier with their collaborative effort to making sure I found the car I was looking for. The Flatirons team delivered individualized service and made me feel welcome to the brand and their outfit. I also recently met Paul on the service team who is extremely knowledgeable and proactive at making sure your LR isn't anything less than 100% satisfying. Overall, unlike most car dealerships, you get a sense that the folks at Flatirons are successful in what they do because they really do care about the best interest for their clients. I had a 2008 range rover when I moved here in Jan 2013. The folks at Flatirons have been most helpful in service and repairs since I arrived so when my husband started looking for a car we went the Flatirons and we pleasantly surprised. They were informative yet not pushy. The prices were reasonable and the vehicle was a used 2007 land rover sport. They totally went over the car and did a total service and update for us. They have continued to provide excellent service, information and guidance throughout my dealings with them. I would definitely recommend them to future car buyers as they are just as professional whether the car is new or used. I had to order new key for my LR3. When I first phoned Land Rover Flatirons to order the key, Sean was very courteous and walked me through the process of what paperwork they needed to process the order. When they key arrived, the service center contacted me promptly and I was able to schedule an appointment for exactly when I wanted. When I arrived, Paul greeted me with a smile and immediately put me at ease. He was very personable and answered all my questions very thoroughly, and volunteered additional information about operating my vehicle that I greatly appreciated. I even had one last-minute request that I felt bad asking them to take a look at spur of the moment, but Paul happily obliged to take a peek at the other issue and advise me on how to proceed with it. My key was programmed in record time, they washed my vehicle, and I was on my way; they were very respectful of my time. I definitely plan to take my vehicle to Land Rover Flatirons for servicing in the future.

I've had my 1999 Land Rover Disco II serviced at this dealership for many years and they've always gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I'd been looking at getting a newer model SUV and wasn't willing to consider anything but a Rover because of the service department at Flatirons. I wasn't surprised to find that the sales team at Flatirons is as competent and professional as their service team. I got a great price and the entire process was easy and comfortable. I prefer taking my cars to the dealer to guarantee OEM parts and service along with preserving maintenance records. In doing so, some dealerships don't seem to value maintenance customers as much as vehicle purchasing customers - not true at Land Rover Flatirons. They treat you like gold every time. I'm greeted by phone or in person with friendly respect and genuine concern for what I have to say. They do their best to schedule your service on the day and the time of your choice and provide a vehicle for you to drive while they are servicing your vehicle. When the service is complete, your car has been serviced, cleaned, and inspected for any future issues you may encounter. The representative goes over what was done, what may need to be done in the next 6 months, and the general condition of the vehicle. You end up feeling like they really took care of you and your vehicle. Oh, and they send you coupons for $25 off an oil change or 10% off various services and sometimes a free service when you're in for anything else! You just can't beat the service, the friendliness, and relationship you get from Land Rover Flatirons. Am I biased? Maybe, but I like to drive high-end vehicles and I've owned several and been to many dealerships around the Denver/Boulder area and have never been treated as well; and that matters to me.

Every time I bring my car in for service Paul has taken...

Every time I bring my car in for service Paul has taken the time to go over every issue for which I brought the car in for service. He's explained (if known ahead of time) what would be involved in performing the requested services as well as how much they would cost. He calls over the course of the service to keep me informed as to the progress on the vehicle and lets me know if anything additional was found that was a concern (and whether or not it would cost extra, and if so, how much). When getting my vehicle back Paul goes over the entire set of paperwork as to the work performed and the cost involved. If there are any discrepancies in the cost, he has taken the extraordinary step of adjusting the prices (lower) based on our discussions. I call this "doing the right thing to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Paul is very approachable and makes me feel like I am the most important customer the company has. His knowledge of the vehicles and his brilliant art work allows him to sketch or explain any issue I've had or that could arise as a result of my questions. And above all, he thanks me for bringing my car in to the dealership for service. Land Rover Flatirons has a free vehicle loaner program as well so I don't have to rely on finding alternative transportation. I'm only asked that I return the vehicle with the same amount of gas in the tank. This allows me to experience other LR vehicles that I do not own and might not ever even test drive. Additionally, when getting my vehicle back it is always cleaner than when I dropped it off.

We are very disappointed, our 2011 LR4 with 24,000 miles...

We are very disappointed, our 2011 LR4 with 24,000 miles had its brake pad sensor come on. The car is used just to drive kids to school, shop for groceries, etc. We took the car in to check out the problem and they said it would cost $1,400 to change the pads and routers! We checked at some competitive dealers and they all stated the lifespan should be considerably longer then 24,000 miles. In addition. They also stated we were ripped off with the price. Every time I have brought the car into for maintenance they ALWAYS find more work to do on the car that is not under warranty. We have had to get new tires, work on other obscure things that have gone wrong with the car. Update- we credit the customer service manager with his proactive decision to reimburse the original labor cost on our replacement brake pads.

BUYER BEWARE of Land Rover Flatirons~!! **Update** ...

BUYER BEWARE of Land Rover Flatirons~!! **Update** After several private notes sent by the dealership, I had to downgrade the customer service rankings. I was being argued with and they tried to spin several of the issues. Also, I had a sunroof repaired and the roof now vibrates excessively in places where the interior ceiling connects. Also, the tail light they "fixed" still doesn't work. Due to this, i dropped the quality of service. Be EXTREMELY wary of used cars from this dealership. They spend NO time preparing them for sale and you are NOT getting a used car of any better quality or condition than the dealer down the street. All prices are marked up on service and you're not getting quality work. They sell a cheaper warranty that does not offer coverage as you might suspect when visiting a Land Rover Dealer. Land Rover should probably investigate these guys. I purchased a used Land Rover a little under a year ago. After having time to consider my purchase, I believe I learned a lesson I'd like to pass on. I initially thought that buying a used Land Rover from this Dealer provided me with some protection over any other used car purchase. I thought I would have a better quality car that was maybe looked over and repaired more thoroughly than a standard used car. That thought was wrong - I should have treated this purchase the same as any other used car purchase. Have the car inspected on your own by a trusted mechanic. I've had numerous issues (some pre-existing) with the car that could likely have been identified prior to my purchase. Further, the warranty they sell should not give you the peace of mind it provided me. The warranty lists specific items in its coverage. If the item you have a problem with is not specifically listed, then tough luck. I have sunroof issues (to the tune of 2,500) not covered. Parking sensors - not covered. Coolant issues - not covered. By the way, I bought an 06 and just had it in for service - they said the coolant was original. I just bought this car less than a year ago, so I was suprised they didn't have that service done when they were preparing it for sale - What else didn't they do? I'm not suprised they left larger repairs, i.e. the sunroof. Again - have any car you're considering inspected by somebody else, ask for the service history and compare that to the factory recommended servce, and ask for a more comprehensive warranty than what they offer. Pretty basic tips, but they should be followed even if you think this dealer is a higher quality. The lesson here is that if you want to buy a used car from this dealer - treat it as any other dealer and approach the car with suspcision and not trust. Also, don't feel you have to have service performed at this dealer either. I've found their prices are higher (other facilities can do the same service - don't think these cars are that unique) and they will attempt to sell you based on their motivations and not on your needs. An example is in tires. They tried to sell me on different tires on different occasions, both times what they offered was what they "recommended" - both times i had completly different recommendations that ran counter to each other? Odd? I have mostly average ratings as this dealer should be treated like any other, so you should be very cautious. They sell expensive cars that can have expensive repairs so be cautious. Bob made my car buying experience effortless from beginning to end. It was late in the evening when we had finished with all the paperwork and financing details. Bob insisted on showing me all the controls on the car so I could safely drive home. Paul and Randy in the service department were also very helpful and friendly. I had to bring the car back in for a minor problem, and they fixed the problem while I waited, and had my car hand washed before returning the car to me.

Can't say enough about the wonderful level of service provided by Land Rover Flatirons. Recently moved to Colorado from the East Coast and brought in a 2011 LR Sport for service I had purchased back East. The service team was generous with its time, and answered all my questions about tires, road conditions, and what I could expect in terms of maintenance. The process of getting a loaner was handled smoothly and competently. Service work was done quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to buy my next car from this dealership. We have enjoyed almost a decade of fabulous sales and service from the LandRover FlatIrons dealership. We have previously purchased an LR3, then an LR2, and a pre-owned 2004 Land Rover "Disco". This past spring, Cliff and I reserved a spot for a build on an Rand Rover Evoque. This was a surprise holiday gift for my wife. It arrived 2 weeks before Santa does his thing. My sons and I surprised mom with her new Evoque, with a HUGE Red Bow on top. The presentation by Cliff and the rest of the folks at the dealership that day was every bit as good as those Lexus in December commmercials. Since she took delivery, she has never talked about a vehicle as much as she does about the Evoque. She absolutely loves it. We make a bit of a drive from Golden just to see the staff at Land Rover FlatIrons, whether for service, a new vehicle purchase, or just to say hello when we are in the neighborhood. We are always greeted warmly. The dealership is clean and sporty and really shows off the LandRover brand. Although we own vehicles from other manufacturers, we plan on having a LandRover in the family for years to come.

These guys are good, very very good. I have purchased four autos from them - two brand new and two used. For a number of years, support and maintenance was routine - everything worked - they were quite responsive - I was happy and life was simple. Recently I had a very unusual problem with my Range Rover Sport - there were no error codes, the problem only occurred intermittently and only when extremely cold. Talk about a tough problem to solve - this was it. I would say this is the very best service department I have ever experienced and probably among the best in the world. Once they understood the problem they were incredibly diligent in tracking every possible cause - ultimately finding the failure point and then testing it by taking it out and freezing it in their freezer and returning it to the car where they reliably re-created the problem. The engineer/tech who did the work was simply brilliant and among a rare cadre of professionals you want in your corner when you have a tough problem. In spite of the nature of the problem their charges for the work were very reasonable (a grand combination: technical brilliance combined with ethical business practices!) I could not recommend any group as highly as I rate these folks - they are without peers in my experience. I could not be more grateful or more serious in this endorsement. If every service business operated like this, the world would be a much different place. To quote Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid: "These guys are good..."

So far, both my purchase and service experiences at this dealer have been great. Paul Gifford and the rest of the service staff were very friendly and personable. I felt like they knew who I was and were expecting me when I arrived at my appointment, and they did not rush me through like I was in a long line of customers in the way that occurs at other dealerships. One of my service issues recurred after I picked up the vehicle, but I called Paul, and he explained exactly what to do. Land Rover Flatirons has impressed me since day one. When I purchased my 2010 LR4 the sales guide was the best car salesmen I have ever done business with. The sales guide who sold me the car has since left the company, but every time I go in for service I look around and everyone on the team is more than willing to spend time with me explaining anything I have a question on. The staff wont strike you as a typical car salesman. There are all passionate about Land Rovers and are more interested in making sure you understand what you are buying, not how soon you will pull out your check book. The service department is also great! Paul and Randy are both great assets to the dealership and a pleasure to deal with. Both are very knowledgeable and openly give opinions based on experiences, not biased judgments based on what will generate the most revenue. They are both truly there to make your experience with your Land Rover the best that it can be – and they will. I bought my 2010 LR4 at Flatirons and I will not even look around at any other dealerships when it comes time to purchase my next.

I have never had an occurance in the last eleven years working with either service or sales that was unsatisfactory. I have worked with Paul Gifford each of the eleven years and feel as though he has become more of a friend rather than service advisor. I'm sure you can save a few bucks by going to a chain auto service center, but why go somewhere that works on whatever car comes in that day instead of someone who really knows your Land Rover inside and out. I have had my '06 LR3 for about a year now and I'll never drive anything else. Randy, Paul and the whole LR Service team do incredible work. They took great care of my vehicle and I just recently return from a 4 wheel trip to Crested Butte, CO and it handled wonderfully with my new breaks the team installed. Would I take my truck back to them for future repairs? OF COURSE!!! While they work on my LR they graciously took me to the nearby mall so I can wonder around to keep me busy while they work. I did not buy my Landrover Sport at Flatirons but I do service it here. I called Flatirons and asked if they would service my Land Rover. I spoke to Paul who gave me a resounbding yes. I always ask for Paul since he knows me and my car. He hooks me up with a loaner and has it waiting when I arrive. He calls if he thinks I need any other work and I trust his recomemsdations. One time Flat Irons was booked up and could not get me in. Paul was off. I waited and called the next day as I did need something done quickly. Paul got me in the next morning, and did all the work not just the immiediate need. This service dept gets high marks from me and I will contiue to use them.

Everytime I come in for service on my LR3 the experience is exceptional. The service department team is top notch and always works to make sure I'm satisfied and my LR3 is repaired or serviced correctly the first time. Prices seem to be in line with other repair shops in the area, and they can get the car serviced typically the same day where other repair shops could take an extra day or so to get the parts, thus negating any discount they may offer on their repair as I'm forced to keep a rental longer than expected. Overall my experience has been great and I will continue to bring by car in for service as well as considered buying from them in the future.

I have known and dealt with the General Manager Ed Dobbs and Sales Manager Felix Garcia since the 90's in previous Land Rover Dealership locations and I've been a customer of this dealership since it opened. I'm now on my 5th Land Rover; a Range Rover SuperCharged and also my wife's LR2. I have also the privilege and opportunity to refer at least a dozen others who now also own Land Rovers too! The Service Center run by Dave Worster is always top notch and the Service Team treats me (as they do everyone) like royalty when I walk in – and why not, the Queen drives Land Rovers – notice all of them in William & Kate’s wedding cavalcade - British at its best. Paul in service is always on his game and shows genuine delight and respect when anyone of us walks in. He always has everything ready when we require assistance, loaners, service dates, and all items in general, and if I have questions I can speak directly to the mechanics in the shop and understand exactly what’s required with total honesty. This dealership hosts a variety of Land Rover events for their new, and existing, customers so they can see and experience the wonderful capabilities of these vehicles. From the incredible three day trip recently to Moab, the Annual Ice-Racing Event in Georgetown, the Summer Outings in the mountains, and all events are catered with food and hosted by the dealership employees – from the General Manager down to the young men who wash the cars – they all come along to help and support the events and allow the owners to meet and develop a relationship with any and all people in the dealership so that they can also become part of, and to be treated as part of, the Land Rover Flatirons Family. I see that one post is from a person that really doesn’t understand the ownership of a Land Rover, and question his statements as this dealership has high morals and ethics and is not you “standard’ car dealership – this is a Land Rover Dealership and they are proud of that status along with who they are and what they represent. I am delighted to write this review and will challenge anyone who does not receive the utmost of respect and service when they enter this “family’s living-room” as they walk into the dealership. I am not an employee, but a multi-owner that learned to drive in a Land Rover in the 70’s and who will always own one - the family farm has had Land Rovers since the 50's and still has them there today - 50+ years of product – you don’t see much of that these days. This is not your ordinary dealership. They know their customers and treat them like no other dealership. This is the only car dealer we have ever used that my wife will willingly enter! No cheap sport coats, no cheesy sales or service staff. Just a group of regular folks that love Rovers. We have purchased 2 new cars at Flatirons and received good deals without all the gamesmanship and drama. Several times a year they sponsor free trail events complete with food, off road driving instruction and lots of fun. We just got back from a 3 day trip to Moab. It was unbelievable. It was well planned, the scenery was spectacular and the trails challenging. I knew these rigs were good but I had no idea just what a capable machine we owned. ...and by the way...I don't work for Flatirons, but would be proud to say so if I did.

I've owned a number of vehicles in my day and without exception the LR3 is my favorite. I have never enjoyed a vehicle or felt more comfortable with a vehicle than I do with my LR3. I owned another LR3 that was totaled. I walked away without a scratch and knew at that moment I would always own a Land Rover. I serviced my original LR3 at Flatirons and it was a natural fit to purchase my replacement at Flatirons as well. From setting appointments, receiving service/repairs, getting advice and cousel, buying parts, and participating in dealership hosted events, I have always enjoyed personal and engaged interactions with every member of the staff. Nothing is perfect and that is especially true of vehicles and dealerships but when it comes to what's important to me and what I value most (trust, customer service, relationships), Land Rover Flatirons is as close to perfect as it gets! I recommend you give them a try. You won't regret it!

I love Land Rover Flatirons. They really put the customer first, and try their best to make everything right. I also love my Land Rover LR3, and my next one (and there will be a next one) will be purchased from L.R. Flatirons. Customer Service is very helpful, and it's just an all around great dealership. Prior to purchasing a Land Rover, I'd bought Mitsubishi and Toyota vehicles from Dealers, and also checked out Lexus and Mercedes at the various dealerships in the area....no one treated me as well as L.R. Flatirons. At this point in my life, Customer Service is the single most important thing in my decision making as far as buying a vehicle. To put it another way, I was treated so poorly at one dealership (happened to be Volkswagon, but that's beside the point really) that I decided to never purchase a V.W., because I couldn't see myself spending that much money, and being treated so poorly, as though the Customer Service dept was doing me a huge favor by even speaking to me, really! Anyway, I do think L.R. Flatirons is great! They go the "extra mile" in so many ways.

I recently purchased a used Range Rover Sport from Flatirons. I saw the vehicle on-line and placed an offer. In a short period of time Jeff Smith e-mailed me back and set up a time to see the vehicle and gathered all my information to start the buying process. Jeff met me at the dealership with a very pleasant greeting, took me out for a test drive, and then we worked out the specifics. Jeff was fair and worked with me though all my parameters. One of my best car buying experiences, short, to the point, and fair. I picked the Sport up that evening and Jeff stayed with me through the process and I knew he had a family appointment to get to. Flatirons was the second LandRover Dealership I had visited in the Denver area and the first one never followed up with me. 2012 LR4 purchase

I was referred to Jeff with your dealership by a friend and colleague. I was looking for a used but near new LR4. I met Jeff and he showed us the LR4 we were looking for...but didn't know it just yet. We had 2 nice vehicles to trade in so we had some negotiating to do. After some work on behalf of Mark, (used car manager), we finally arrived at a decent deal. Best Land Rover Dealer in Denver Area!

My wife and I were traveling for Business and Pleasure from another state (in my LR3) when I needed to visit a local dealer. We went here first because they had a LR4 I was interested in. Working with Jeff Smith and everyone at the dealer was very pleasant. The way they did business from appraising my trade to negotiating the price was fair and honest. They bent over backwards to help me even though I was from out of state and would not be servicing my vehicle there. We even went to another area Land Rover dealer (large new building) and the experience was the worst I've ever had in my life, and I was in the financing side of the business 25 years ago. My experience at Flatirons Land Rover

As an owner of multiple cars, including Porsche, Corvette, Ferrari, Aston Martin and Jaguars, owning a Range Rover was a new experience for my wife and I. After owning two Porsche Cayenne's, my wife decided on a Range Rover for her next SUV. Working with both Felix Garcia as my initial contact and then Jeff Smith as our follow on support person, we have had an exceptional experience. Felix made purchasing the car an easy process and helped us select the exact options we wanted on our new Autobiography Sport. After waiting a few months, the new car was delivered to the house almost 40 miles from the dealership and Jeff Smith spent all the time required to make my wife comfortable with every working switch and display on the car. He also connected her iPhone for her. The car was delivered with a full tank of gas and exceptionally clean. After delivery, we decided to add a bra to the car and within two days, the car was picked up with a new Land Rover left as a loner. The next day the car was delivered back to the house, cleaner than it was when taken the day before. Jeff also called to make sure everything was done perfectly. As the result of my initial experience with Felix Garcia, I decided to trade my daughters LR3 for a new LR4. I called Felix since it was going to be a surprise and within three hours, the purchase and trade was completed, the new car delivered to the house and the old car picked up, culminating in a great surprise for our daughter that afternoon. The purchase of both these cars was an exceptional experience and working with Felix and Jeff has made it even better.

In over 30 years of car buying, Jeff managed to make this the most pleasant & stress free vehicle purchase. The whole sales team was awesome to work with and FlatIrons will be my first stop when it comes time to upgrade the LR4 & LR2. I've also had the pleasure of having my vehicles serviced at FlatIrons and have received the same superior service on that side of the house. Paul Gifford is always helpful in getting my vehicle scheduled for needed service and making sure that the work is done correctly and to my satisfaction. There have been a few times they have gone out of their way to provide assistance & advice getting some issues I had with a trailer and the towing options the LR4 has available sorted out properly. I feel comfortable that the service team will take care of any issues I might have and provide a solution. I'm very happy with all aspects of FlatIrons, the sales team the service team and the parts team, all seem to take to heart the Land Rover tagline and "Go above and beyond" in all of my interactions with them. The service I receive is the reason I rely on them for my sales and services needs even though there are closer dealers to me, and makes the ~120 mile round trip well worth it.

What a wonderful experience with salesman Jeff Smith and Land Rover Flatirons. We had been dealing with Mercedes of Littleton and it was a nightmare. We finally decided to go with a Land Rover LR2. We needed a car right away because we were moving in only a few days. Jeff made the deal happen in no time and communicated with us throughout the process. We were overwhelmed with the move and had little time to shop for a LR2 or sit through hours of paperwork. Understanding our predicament, Jeff had the paperwork ready to go and even delivered the car to us in Denver! The price was lower than other dealerships and we will continue to work with Jeff in the future even though we now live in another state. Five stars for "rock star" service.

I'll start this by saying that - after years of challenging experiences with other dealers, my wife and I had nearly given up on having a good experience when purchasing a car. My two hot-buttons are that I can't stand it when someone targets me for a 'hard sell' and get even more annoyed when I feel like someone isn't negotiating in good faith. I am SO SO Happy that we finally found Range Rover Flat Irons. There couldn't be a single aspect of our experience that could have been improved. The sales staff (Mark and Jeff) have been incredibly nice and respectful, but are also full of super helpful information. There were 'no pressure', but genuinely worked hard to find a deal that would work for us. In addition, I had lined-up (after LOTS of research) what I thought to be a very strong financing package through an outside bank. It was at this point when Frank stepped in and found me an even better deal! Wonderful sales people, great car, great price, great financing, knowledgeable staff, fantastic service... Wow! This is the second Supercharged Range Rover Sport that I have purchased from Jeff Smith at Flatirons Land Rover. My experience with Jeff both times was top notch. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and I appreciate his no-pressure approach. I called earlier in the day to arrange for a test drive of a few different vehicles and they were ready to go when I arrived. I appreciated that I was able to take each of the vehicles to meet my wife, who frankly didn't have an interest in spending the time at the dealership while I looked at various options. Jeff also arranged for a few of the options we had on the 2006 to be swapped over to the 2011. I would add that the first Sport we purchased in 2006 was serviced at Flatirons and they were a pleasure to deal with and always had a loaner ready for me, so the visits (which unfortunately for the 2006 model year were frequent) were not much of an inconvenience. The only nit I have is during the signing of the documents, there were some "service options" that were being up sold that I wasn't expecting and they weren't really represented as options, until I said I didn't want any of them. All-in-all a very positive experience and I would recommend Jeff and Flatirons without hesitation.

I've owned a number of vehicles in my day and without exception the LR3 is my favorite. I have never enjoyed a vehicle or felt more comfortable with a vehicle than I do with my LR3. I owned another LR3 that was totaled. I walked away without a scratch and knew at that moment I would always own a Land Rover. I serviced my original LR3 at Flatirons and it was a natural fit to purchase my replacement at Flatirons as well. From setting appointments, receiving service/repairs, getting advice and cousel, buying parts, and participating in dealership hosted events, I have always enjoyed personal and engaged interactions with every member of the staff. Nothing is perfect and that is especially true of vehicles and dealerships but when it comes to what's important to me and what I value most (trust, customer service, relationships), Land Rover Flatirons is as close to perfect as it gets! Wonderful experience, will be a longterm customer!

Our Sales representative Jamaica was the most informed and easiest sales professional we have encountered in many years. Her patience and knowledge of the vehicle (Range Rovers) allowed us to make the best choice, with no pressure, no misinformation, none of the negative most people report when buying vehicles. It was simply a fantastic experience. I want to say the rest of the team there was outstanding as well. The service manager, the finance person, the title admin, the tech expert they have to help or explain any systems were all wonderful! We also had an older LR4 serviced and Paul Gifford in service took care of us and unlike so many other dealers, his estimate, his time to complete and the work done was perfect. Being in sales myself, I understand that their can be uncomfortable pressure as a buyer if the sales individual is not skilled or knowledgeable. Mark was wonderful, knowledgable, patient and quite personable. When we narrowed down my search to the one I wanted to drive he said hop in, I'll drive first. Well that was nothing like my other test drive experiences, but okay. He immediately educated me on the difference that Land Rover developed compared to any other vehicle I've owned. The "off road" test track was highly valuable. Showing is better than telling, right? These guys have a great formula and an even better product. Having experienced several LR excursions in the UK, I quickly realized how LR is just as much a brand as it is a global lifestyle. The Flatirons team embody this lifestyle on this side of the pond and make the buying process as professional and easy-going as possible while building friendship along the way. I personally worked with Felix, Jeff Smith and Rick for the purchase of my '11 RRS and couldn't have been happier with their collaborative effort to making sure I found the car I was looking for. The Flatirons team delivered individualized service and made me feel welcome to the brand and their outfit. I also recently met Paul on the service team who is extremely knowledgeable and proactive at making sure your LR isn't anything less than 100% satisfying. Overall, unlike most car dealerships, you get a sense that the folks at Flatirons are successful in what they do because they really do care about the best interest for their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used LR.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! Email inquiries were quickly followed thru with a phone call. All my questions and concerns were professionally answered, now just a matter of picking the Range Rover we wanted. From the start the customer service was excellent and what you would expect from this brand. I have just moved over from the UK and called Tim before we left, he clearly communicated the process and the US system. When we arrived he found us the perfect Range Rover. The process was made very easy for me even though I just moved to the US and did not have much history. Tim was Informative, friendly and even though though we arrived late in the evening at the dealership both Tim and Felix stayed on long after closing to help us complete the process and make the right decision for us. BTW if you have not experience the onsite off-road track you must, what these cars can do is outstanding. Thanks again guys for your help and the laughs on the way, I am quite getting into the country music!!!!

This was our first purchase of a Land Rover product. In the last 44 years of marriage we've had many ~ many new vehicles and dealt with several brands of Dealerships. Flat Iron LandRover was EXCELLENT in every way.Jeff Smith was our salesman. He had the correct answer to every question we had-"he knows his product"! A very pleasant person to deal with.I brought the LR4 back for 'service' as I purchased the optional body side moulding - and had super treatment then too.They called to update me when it would be finished and everything was done smoothly.

We have enjoyed almost a decade of fabulous sales and service from the LandRover FlatIrons dealership. We have previously purchased an LR3, then an LR2, and a pre-owned 2004 Land Rover "Disco". This past spring, Cliff and I reserved a spot for a build on an Rand Rover Evoque. This was a surprise holiday gift for my wife. It arrived 2 weeks before Santa does his thing. My sons and I surprised mom with her new Evoque, with a HUGE Red Bow on top. The presentation by Cliff and the rest of the folks at the dealership that day was every bit as good as those Lexus in December commmercials. Since she took delivery, she has never talked about a vehicle as much as she does about the Evoque. She absolutely loves it. We make a bit of a drive from Golden just to see the staff at Land Rover FlatIrons, whether for service, a new vehicle purchase, or just to say hello when we are in the neighborhood. We are always greeted warmly. The dealership is clean and sporty and really shows off the LandRover brand. Although we own vehicles from other manufacturers, we plan on having a LandRover in the family for years to come.

Let me begin by saying from the first inquiry on the vehicle it was a pleasure. A sales associate by the name of Bob Prideaux was the person to contact me, which was done on the same day I inquired. He was very informative and the most sincere car salesman I have ever encountered. It took a lot of convincing to persuade me to make the purchase. Every question or concern I had in regards to the vehicle was answered quickly and sincerely. I must mention that I reside 7 hours away from the dealership. Unlike most dealerships Bob discussed all the details of the transaction either via phone or email. He guaranteed me the price for my trade-in based solely off of my description of it. If all checked out like I described no change would be made to what we had discussed. This aspect was one I found very genuine. No other dealership I have dealt with has guaranteed something like that and stuck to what they said. Once the decision was made to go through with the purchase I figured I would be the person to continue communication with the dealership, until the transaction actually took place. As my past experience taught me that once you have agreed to something, they stopped caring. The opposite was in fact the truth with the Flatiron dealership. Bob remained in constant contact with me every step of the way, on his own accord. He even called to ensure we were doing ok on the long drive, during a severe snowstorm. The professionalism and courtesy remained once we arrived at the dealership. The dealership itself was immaculate and every person we encountered was welcoming and helpful, from the associates to the receptionist. Though Bob was unable to attend to us upon our arrival, due to a delivery, he made sure we were well taken care of by an associate named Felix Garcia. He was, like Bob, a true pleasure to encounter. He finished up the paperwork in a very timely manner ensuring we understood all that it entailed, since we completed all the paperwork our own, prior to arriving. Once all the paperwork was completed he very quickly, due to time constraints on our part, demonstrated the main features of the vehicle. Once everything was complete he emphasized that, should we need anything at all, to not hesitate to call. On the way home we discovered that there was a couple minute things that we had questions about. We called Bob again, which we must admit was a little intimidating, simply due to our own past experiences of the sales people demonstrating irritation once the transaction was completed. This again was not the case. Bob was more than happy to discuss our concerns and to rectify any issues we voiced. I forgot to mention that the financing they offered us was wonderful. Though the rate they offered was unbeatable, I was influenced to go for a cheaper loan through our bank. I went through the entire process of switching it over to the new loan having the bank send the new loan paperwork over to the dealership. Flatiron was happy to accommodate the new application without question or hesitation. The new loan deal, however, did not work out. I immediately called the dealership back to ask them to trash the new loan deal and keep the deal that I was offered by them. Though I am sure all associate involved were not only confused but also irritated, they never once showed it. I have never been happier with sales associates, dealership, or a new car. Though the entire process is completed I still maintain both Bob Prideaux and Felix Garcia information, should I need anything in the future. I have no doubt that they both, as well as all others at the dealership, would not hesitate to assist me with any future needs. I am proud to be a Land Rover owner and grateful to have purchased from such a delightful dealership.

I don't consider this a dealership, but a friendship. I have known and dealt with the General Manager Ed Dobbs and Sales Manager Felix Garcia since the 90's in previous Land Rover Dealership locations and I've been a customer of this dealership since it opened. I'm now on my 5th Land Rover; a Range Rover SuperCharged and also my wife's LR2. I have also the privilege and opportunity to refer at least a dozen others who now also own Land Rovers too! The Service Center run by Dave Worster is always top notch and the Service Team treats me (as they do everyone) like royalty when I walk in – and why not, the Queen drives Land Rovers – notice all of them in William & Kate’s wedding cavalcade - British at its best. Paul in service is always on his game and shows genuine delight and respect when anyone of us walks in. He always has everything ready when we require assistance, loaners, service dates, and all items in general, and if I have questions I can speak directly to the mechanics in the shop and understand exactly what’s required with total honesty. This dealership hosts a variety of Land Rover events for their new, and existing, customers so they can see and experience the wonderful capabilities of these vehicles. From the incredible three day trip recently to Moab, the Annual Ice-Racing Event in Georgetown, the Summer Outings in the mountains, and all events are catered with food and hosted by the dealership employees – from the General Manager down to the young men who wash the cars – they all come along to help and support the events and allow the owners to meet and develop a relationship with any and all people in the dealership so that they can also become part of, and to be treated as part of, the Land Rover Flatirons Family. I see that one post is from a person that really doesn’t understand the ownership of a Land Rover, and question his statements as this dealership has high morals and ethics and is not you “standard’ car dealership – this is a Land Rover Dealership and they are proud of that status along with who they are and what they represent. I am delighted to write this review and will challenge anyone who does not receive the utmost of respect and service when they enter this “family’s living-room” as they walk into the dealership. I am not an employee, but a multi-owner that learned to drive in a Land Rover in the 70’s and who will always own one - the family farm has had Land Rovers since the 50's and still has them there today - 50+ years of product – you don’t see much of that these days. Thank you Land Rover Flatirons – I appreciate the entire team and see you soon. :)

Mark was absolutely amazing to work with and even when his youngest son was ill in the hospital through the transaction, he made sure that everything went seamlessly. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and made the purchase of my new LR4 a great one. Superior Experience in Superior, Colorado!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

After looking for a new vehicle all throughout the metro area, Land Rover Flatirons set the bar in my car buying experience. My wife and I visited multiple other dealerships and the level of service and professionalism of Land Rover Flatirons was the best I have ever experienced by far. Knowledgable and direct

Being in sales myself, I understand that their can be uncomfortable pressure as a buyer if the sales individual is not skilled or knowledgeable. Mark was wonderful, knowledgable, patient and quite personable. When we narrowed down my search to the one I wanted to drive he said hop in, I'll drive first. Well that was nothing like my other test drive experiences, but okay. He immediately educated me on the difference that Land Rover developed compared to any other vehicle I've owned. The "off road" test track was highly valuable. Showing is better than telling, right? These guys have a great formula and an even better product. I had a 2008 range rover when I moved here in Jan 2013. The folks at Flatirons have been most helpful in service and repairs since I arrived so when my husband started looking for a car we went the Flatirons and we pleasantly surprised. They were informative yet not pushy. The prices were reasonable and the vehicle was a used 2007 land rover sport. They totally went over the car and did a total service and update for us. They have continued to provide excellent service, information and guidance throughout my dealings with them. I would definitely recommend them to future car buyers as they are just as professional whether the car is new or used. I find they forthcoming if they foresee a future problem and with willing to help in all circumstances. Thanks Guys

These guys are good, very very good. I have purchased four autos from them - two brand new and two used. For a number of years, support and maintenance was routine - everything worked - they were quite responsive - I was happy and life was simple. Recently I had a very unusual problem with my Range Rover Sport - there were no error codes, the problem only occurred intermittently and only when extremely cold. Talk about a tough problem to solve - this was it. I would say this is the very best service department I have ever experienced and probably among the best in the world. Once they understood the problem they were incredibly diligent in tracking every possible cause - ultimately finding the failure point and then testing it by taking it out and freezing it in their freezer and returning it to the car where they reliably re-created the problem. The engineer/tech who did the work was simply brilliant and among a rare cadre of professionals you want in your corner when you have a tough problem. In spite of the nature of the problem their charges for the work were very reasonable (a grand combination: technical brilliance combined with ethical business practices!) I could not recommend any group as highly as I rate these folks - they are without peers in my experience. I could not be more grateful or more serious in this endorsement. If every service business operated like this, the world would be a much different place. To quote Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid: "These guys are good..."

I just purchased a new 2011 LR4 HSE from Land Rover Flatirons. This is our second Land Rover, my wife has an LR2. The quality of the vehicles and the way we are treated at Flatirons is the reason we keep coming back. The sales staff is helpful without being pushy. I was also looking at Jeep products when I bought the Land Rover. At all the Jeep dealerships I felt that the sales people wanted to sell me a vehicle, but were not motivated to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The folks at Flatirons went out of their way to make sure I got the exact vehicle I needed and within my budget.

The procurement of our new Range Rover Sport (RRS) was as every bit impressive as the capabilities of the car itself. Our salesperson, Mark, clearly articulated the advantages and disadvantages between the RRS and Evoque which helped us in our decision making process. Once we made a decision the Service department went above and beyond in getting our car ready while we were working with the finance department to iron out our options. This whole process took no longer then 2 hours and we left the Land Rover Flatirons with our new car to our complete satisfaction. The after sales/service department helped us customize the car and installed the additional components we procured. Randy our service representative was knowledgeable and approachable while we waited for the car. The only area for suggested improvement would be reception – I’d recommend having more staff available to schedule appointments (phone/in person) and to greet people when they first walk into the dealership. In summary our experience with the dealership was positive and we would recommend them to our friends.

Mark-Fantastic sales person. I am a frugal person, but my wife calls it something else!!!! So, I shopped EVERYWHERE. Online, discount houses, out-of-state, and of course, local. I need to feel like I am getting a good deal. Well, I started contacting all of these places through the online portal. Mark responded immediately, professionally, and went out of his way to make the traditional purchase experience, for once, enjoyable. Very down-to-Earth, low pressure, and SUPER informative about everything Land Rover related. I got an education. Anyway, in comparison sake, LR East and South were a joke to talk to and didn't like the fact that I wanted to save any money. They were both unfriendly when they learned I didn't want a vehicle with more gadgets and accessories then I would ever used, and basically left me without response or help. I believe Mark as well as his supporting staff are doing a great job and they are worth visiting.

I'll start this by saying that - after years of challenging experiences with other dealers, my wife and I had nearly given up on having a good experience when purchasing a car. My two hot-buttons are that I can't stand it when someone targets me for a 'hard sell' and get even more annoyed when I feel like someone isn't negotiating in good faith. I am SO SO Happy that we finally found Range Rover Flat Irons. There couldn't be a single aspect of our experience that could have been improved. The sales staff (Mark and Jeff) have been incredibly nice and respectful, but are also full of super helpful information. There were 'no pressure', but genuinely worked hard to find a deal that would work for us. In addition, I had lined-up (after LOTS of research) what I thought to be a very strong financing package through an outside bank. It was at this point when Frank stepped in and found me an even better deal! Wonderful sales people, great car, great price, great financing, knowledgeable staff, fantastic service... Wow! This purchase (my 3rd RR) was the single most positive car buying experience I have ever had. Mark, my salesman, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Frank, the Finance Mgr., was friendly and professional. Neither pressured me in any way. I was able to make an informed decision about my new car and drove out of the dealership a happy consumer. I would definitely buy a car here again. (Note: A few years ago I almost traded in my car for another RR but the salespeople were so rude that I decided to keep my car for a few more years.) As a woman, I appreciated the time they took to explain things to me and answer my questions, even if I did ask them a few times! Additionally, I met Paul, in the Service Dept., who seems like he'll be a pleasure to work with in the future. I highly recommend this dealership.

Whether its an oil change or adding new armor to the LR4 the people at Flatirons Land Rover have been great. While hunting two feet of snow came in to the valley we were staying in. I ripped a side wall on my tire and didn't have a full size spare. After speaking with Randy he assured me that the vehicle would get me the 200 miles to the dealership and through the ice and snow. I threw cables onto the rear tires and the ice and snow were no match for the LR4 on 3 1/2 wheels. I limped it to the dealership. Randy had already begun the process of getting replacement tires in for the truck. We looked at other tire options, but that will have to wait. Excellent service! The dealership activities they provide are wonderful. The coordination, adventure, fun and friendliness is top shelf. Truly a dealership who gets it. Thank you

I recently purchased a certified 2016 XF, from Bill Jacobs Jaguar Landrover in Hinsdale, IL and had it shipped to Colorado. I only had the car a month or so when the left rear tire blew out ($300). It was identified as a cracked RIM. When I went to have it repaired the 3rd party repair shop said the wheel was bent in 2 places and the crack was previously welded to the point it has compromised the integrity of the wheel and he cannot fix it because he cannot stand by it. When I let Peter Murray from the dealership know this he said he would look into this. After a few calls back and forth including a call from the GM of my local Colorado Jaguar dealership agreeing they sold me a car with a bent wheel, Peter told me his GM, Pat McGowan believes, I damaged the wheel and he would not stand by the certification. I asked him to have Pat please call me. A week has gone by and no one has called. I do not recommend this dealership. Ed Dobbs and the Jaguar LandRover Flatirons dealership in Broomfield, CO agreed to cover the cost of the new wheel I purchased ($1k) even though I did not buy the car from them. Ed is a stand up guy and did the right thing even though it was not his problem. Thanks Ed. I just wish I purchased the car from you in the first place.

I bought a new 2018 FPace from Flatirons Jaguar last month. The customer service is fantastic and the whole process was a breeze. My salesperson, Eric Vergeith was wonderful to work with and has helped out with some issues with my car after the sale. I've never worked with a salesperson that works as hard as Eric. He totally believes in customer service! Stephanie Steels in finance is great too. Ed Dobbs, the GM, got back to me in 5 minutes with an issue that I was having and took care of it ASAP. What a great experience. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Jaguar or RR!

I have known and dealt with the General Manager Ed Dobbs and Sales Manager Felix Garcia since the 90's in previous Land Rover Dealership locations and I've been a customer of this dealership since it opened. I'm now on my 5th Land Rover; a Range Rover SuperCharged and also my wife's LR2. I have also the privilege and opportunity to refer at least a dozen others who now also own Land Rovers too! The Service Center run by Dave Worster is always top notch and the Service Team treats me (as they do everyone) like royalty when I walk in – and why not, the Queen drives Land Rovers – notice all of them in William & Kate’s wedding cavalcade - British at its best. Paul in service is always on his game and shows genuine delight and respect when anyone of us walks in. He always has everything ready when we require assistance, loaners, service dates, and all items in general, and if I have questions I can speak directly to the mechanics in the shop and understand exactly what’s required with total honesty. This dealership hosts a variety of Land Rover events for their new, and existing, customers so they can see and experience the wonderful capabilities of these vehicles. From the incredible three day trip recently to Moab, the Annual Ice-Racing Event in Georgetown, the Summer Outings in the mountains, and all events are catered with food and hosted by the dealership employees – from the General Manager down to the young men who wash the cars – they all come along to help and support the events and allow the owners to meet and develop a relationship with any and all people in the dealership so that they can also become part of, and to be treated as part of, the Land Rover Flatirons Family. I see that one post is from a person that really doesn’t understand the ownership of a Land Rover, and question his statements as this dealership has high morals and ethics and is not you “standard’ car dealership – this is a Land Rover Dealership and they are proud of that status along with who they are and what they represent. I am delighted to write this review and will challenge anyone who does not receive the utmost of respect and service when they enter this “family’s living-room” as they walk into the dealership. I am not an employee, but a multi-owner that learned to drive in a Land Rover in the 70’s and who will always own one - the family farm has had Land Rovers since the 50's and still has them there today - 50+ years of product – you don’t see much of that these days. This is not your ordinary dealership. They know their customers and treat them like no other dealership. This is the only car dealer we have ever used that my wife will willingly enter! No cheap sport coats, no cheesy sales or service staff. Just a group of regular folks that love Rovers. We have purchased 2 new cars at Flatirons and received good deals without all the gamesmanship and drama. Several times a year they sponsor free trail events complete with food, off road driving instruction and lots of fun. We just got back from a 3 day trip to Moab. It was unbelievable. It was well planned, the scenery was spectacular and the trails challenging. I knew these rigs were good but I had no idea just what a capable machine we owned. ...and by the way...I don't work for Flatirons, but would be proud to say so if I did.

I've owned a number of vehicles in my day and without exception the LR3 is my favorite. I have never enjoyed a vehicle or felt more comfortable with a vehicle than I do with my LR3. I owned another LR3 that was totaled. I walked away without a scratch and knew at that moment I would always own a Land Rover. I serviced my original LR3 at Flatirons and it was a natural fit to purchase my replacement at Flatirons as well. From setting appointments, receiving service/repairs, getting advice and cousel, buying parts, and participating in dealership hosted events, I have always enjoyed personal and engaged interactions with every member of the staff. Nothing is perfect and that is especially true of vehicles and dealerships but when it comes to what's important to me and what I value most (trust, customer service, relationships), Land Rover Flatirons is as close to perfect as it gets! I recommend you give them a try. You won't regret it!

My wife Barb and I initially went to Denver Land Rover only to be ignored! We decided to drive to Flatirons and we are so glad we drove the extra miles. Shawna at Flatirons was totally awesome. She was patient with us as we had our grandchildren with us. She assisted us by first explaining things to me about the Discovery Sport and then explaining to my wife as we were changing places watching the children. We decided to order a vehicle site unseen as it was being used as a loaner and Shawna found exactly what we were looking for. Upon seeing it 20 days later , we are both totally loving the 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport. The color is exactly what we wanted and it drives like a dream. After we took the vehicle home we could not get the Incontrol set up properly. I called Shawna and she was not available so we connected with Nam and he was able to get us set up and he assisted my wife in all of her questions regarding Incontrol and other questions my wife had. The customer service and hospitality at Flatirons is totally awesome. I know some dealerships think it is no big deal, but I am here to tell you it is very important. Thank you Shawna and Nam for everything. It was truly an awesome experience. We were so impressed with Flatirons that we plan on coming there from Colorado Springs for our service in the future.

The best car purchase experience - EVER

The title is glowing and it's not an exaggeration in any sense. I was impressed by every facet of the transaction, starting with a near-instantaneous response to my e-mailed inquiry about a specific vehicle on LR Flatirons' website. My sales contact (Nathan L.) throughout was helpful, reliable, friendly, courteous, easy to reach and responsive. These are always terrific attributes but especially so for me, as I was buying the vehicle "remotely" from 2,000 miles away. Things happened speedily and flawlessly. Nathan did a terrific job making everything fast and easy - which was a revelation. LR Flatirons also handled all the paperwork flawlessly, including taking car of the vehicle's title, registration, and plates without a hitch. It also took care of shipping the vehicle cross-country; that, too, was a very positive experience. Bottom line: I'm a guy who literally dreads the thought of buying a car. I've had a serious change in that mindset, thanks to LR Flatirons!

15000 maintenance

We've purchased 2 Land Rovers from FlatIrons and are very pleased with the entire experience starting with Jeff Smith in sales who exceeded expectations in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was always willing to answer questions and always returned my calls promptly, while other LR dealers were unresponsive. In over 30 years of car buying, Jeff managed to make this the most pleasant & stress free vehicle purchase. The whole sales team was awesome to work with and FlatIrons will be my first stop when it comes time to upgrade the LR4 & LR2. I've also had the pleasure of having my vehicles serviced at FlatIrons and have received the same superior service on that side of the house. Paul Gifford is always helpful in getting my vehicle scheduled for needed service and making sure that the work is done correctly and to my satisfaction. There have been a few times they have gone out of their way to provide assistance & advice getting some issues I had with a trailer and the towing options the LR4 has available sorted out properly. I feel comfortable that the service team will take care of any issues I might have and provide a solution. I'm very happy with all aspects of FlatIrons, the sales team the service team and the parts team, all seem to take to heart the Land Rover tagline and "Go above and beyond" in all of my interactions with them. The service I receive is the reason I rely on them for my sales and services needs even though there are closer dealers to me, and makes the ~120 mile round trip well worth it.

Based on standard surveys, most auto dealerships can claim to be great in the customer service department. Indeed many have worked diligently to improve their performance in the areas of scheduling and routine maintenance. But it is those instances outside of "routine" that truly define and indicate the quality of a service department. Most recently we had a mechanical issue with our 2011 LR4 that rendered the vehicle undrivable. Bryan Cohen assisted the tow company in coordinating logistics and took the initiative with the Land Rover folks to insure that our vehicle was repaired in a most timely and economical fashion. Given that we live in the mountains some 80 miles from the dealership and we are in the midst of the winter ski season, we cannot overstate just how important this was to us. This past summer we also had the occasion to work with Paul Gifford and were also most impressed with his assistance in addressing our needs. Like any consumer,we certainly have access to other dealerships, but it is this consistency of concern underscored by productive actions that keeps us as loyal customers.

I prefer taking my cars to the dealer to guarantee OEM parts and service along with preserving maintenance records. In doing so, some dealerships don't seem to value maintenance customers as much as vehicle purchasing customers - not true at Land Rover Flatirons. They treat you like gold every time. I'm greeted by phone or in person with friendly respect and genuine concern for what I have to say. They do their best to schedule your service on the day and the time of your choice and provide a vehicle for you to drive while they are servicing your vehicle. When the service is complete, your car has been serviced, cleaned, and inspected for any future issues you may encounter. The representative goes over what was done, what may need to be done in the next 6 months, and the general condition of the vehicle. You end up feeling like they really took care of you and your vehicle. Oh, and they send you coupons for $25 off an oil change or 10% off various services and sometimes a free service when you're in for anything else! You just can't beat the service, the friendliness, and relationship you get from Land Rover Flatirons. Am I biased? Maybe, but I like to drive high-end vehicles and I've owned several and been to many dealerships around the Denver/Boulder area and have never been treated as well; and that matters to me.

As a new customer to both Flat Irons, and to Land Rover, I had very high expectations. I am glad to say that the staff at Flat Irons exceeded those expectations, and has set a new standard for which ALL auto dealers, and service should hold their standard to. I had some trouble with my Range Rover on a Saturday afternoon, and I took it into Flat Irons immediately. Although the service dept. was closed, Dave Worster assured me that he would have me taken care of. So Dave took some extra time out of his afternoon, and set me up with a very nice Rental Car, so I could continue my weekend while my Range Rover was in the shop. On Monday, I received a phone call, as promised, from Randy Scanlon. Randy explained to me in full detail the problem, the cost, and estimated time of completion. They nailed it on the head! The job was completed cheaper and faster that estimated!! The very next day, I was back behind the wheel of my Range Rover with a smile on my face. I don't consider this a dealership, but a friendship. I have known and dealt with the General Manager Ed Dobbs and Sales Manager Felix Garcia since the 90's in previous Land Rover Dealership locations and I've been a customer of this dealership since it opened. I'm now on my 5th Land Rover; a Range Rover SuperCharged and also my wife's LR2. I have also the privilege and opportunity to refer at least a dozen others who now also own Land Rovers too! The Service Center run by Dave Worster is always top notch and the Service Team treats me (as they do everyone) like royalty when I walk in – and why not, the Queen drives Land Rovers – notice all of them in William & Kate’s wedding cavalcade - British at its best. Paul in service is always on his game and shows genuine delight and respect when anyone of us walks in. He always has everything ready when we require assistance, loaners, service dates, and all items in general, and if I have questions I can speak directly to the mechanics in the shop and understand exactly what’s required with total honesty. This dealership hosts a variety of Land Rover events for their new, and existing, customers so they can see and experience the wonderful capabilities of these vehicles. From the incredible three day trip recently to Moab, the Annual Ice-Racing Event in Georgetown, the Summer Outings in the mountains, and all events are catered with food and hosted by the dealership employees – from the General Manager down to the young men who wash the cars – they all come along to help and support the events and allow the owners to meet and develop a relationship with any and all people in the dealership so that they can also become part of, and to be treated as part of, the Land Rover Flatirons Family. I see that one post is from a person that really doesn’t understand the ownership of a Land Rover, and question his statements as this dealership has high morals and ethics and is not you “standard’ car dealership – this is a Land Rover Dealership and they are proud of that status along with who they are and what they represent. I am delighted to write this review and will challenge anyone who does not receive the utmost of respect and service when they enter this “family’s living-room” as they walk into the dealership. I am not an employee, but a multi-owner that learned to drive in a Land Rover in the 70’s and who will always own one - the family farm has had Land Rovers since the 50's and still has them there today - 50+ years of product – you don’t see much of that these days. This is not your ordinary dealership. They know their customers and treat them like no other dealership. This is the only car dealer we have ever used that my wife will willingly enter! No cheap sport coats, no cheesy sales or service staff. Just a group of regular folks that love Rovers. We have purchased 2 new cars at Flatirons and received good deals without all the gamesmanship and drama. Several times a year they sponsor free trail events complete with food, off road driving instruction and lots of fun. We just got back from a 3 day trip to Moab. It was unbelievable. It was well planned, the scenery was spectacular and the trails challenging. I knew these rigs were good but I had no idea just what a capable machine we owned. ...and by the way...I don't work for Flatirons, but would be proud to say so if I did.

I've owned a number of vehicles in my day and without exception the LR3 is my favorite. I have never enjoyed a vehicle or felt more comfortable with a vehicle than I do with my LR3. I owned another LR3 that was totaled. I walked away without a scratch and knew at that moment I would always own a Land Rover. I serviced my original LR3 at Flatirons and it was a natural fit to purchase my replacement at Flatirons as well. From setting appointments, receiving service/repairs, getting advice and cousel, buying parts, and participating in dealership hosted events, I have always enjoyed personal and engaged interactions with every member of the staff. Nothing is perfect and that is especially true of vehicles and dealerships but when it comes to what's important to me and what I value most (trust, customer service, relationships), Land Rover Flatirons is as close to perfect as it gets! I recommend you give them a try. You won't regret it!

Whether its an oil change or adding new armor to the LR4...

Whether its an oil change or adding new armor to the LR4 the people at Flatirons Land Rover have been great. While hunting two feet of snow came in to the valley we were staying in. I ripped a side wall on my tire and didn't have a full size spare. After speaking with Randy he assured me that the vehicle would get me the 200 miles to the dealership and through the ice and snow. I threw cables onto the rear tires and the ice and snow were no match for the LR4 on 3 1/2 wheels. I limped it to the dealership. Randy had already begun the process of getting replacement tires in for the truck. We looked at other tire options, but that will have to wait. Excellent service! The dealership activities they provide are wonderful. The coordination, adventure, fun and friendliness is top shelf. Truly a dealership who gets it. Thank you

I have always had a great experience at Flatirons whether for sales, service or just some advice. The entire Team is great to deal with and I always feel that I've been treated fair. The quality of experience is exceptional and unrivaled. In a recent visit I consulted with the Service Manager about tires for my LR3. I not only received information on options available through the dealer but options they did not sell. By the end of the visit I left with great information on tires AND a recommendation for an off road trail.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from LR Flatirons, as well as referred countless friends for their Land Rover needs. Every purchase experience I have been involved in has been excellent, and every person I send their way gets a great deal. I've also had all 3 of my Rovers serviced with Flatirons, and their service department is one of the best I've encountered. My requests are investigated thoroughly, and addressed appropriately every time I bring my LR3 in for service.

Excellent Service

Karina and the team at Flatiron provided an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. From my initial conversation with Karina she knew I was looking for a fairly specific vehicle. Rather than trying to force me into something , she listened and presented me with options until we found the perfect vehicle for us. I have bought many new vehicles in my life, for both fleet and my own use, and a lot of different brands, this was truly a pleasant experience. Working with Karina was unique in all of my car and truck buying experience. I did look at several other dealerships this time around as well and found the interaction challenging, like I was being herded to something that wasn't quite what I wanted. Again the team at Flatiron was very much unlike that, they listened to me and worked with me until we got everything right. We are so pleased with our vehicle and with the way we were treated at Flatiron, I highly recommend Karina and Flatiron if you are looking for a luxury vehicle.

Great Customer Service

It has been a great experience so far. I love my new vehicle and they have been very helpful. They send someone out to me to answer any questions I may have a few weeks after my purchase. Which is helpful because I didn't retain all the information about my car that they initially went through. I would buy another vehicle through them.
